On Thursdays & Sundays, you’re able to book whatever time slot you’d like!

For Fridays & Saturdays, we hold two sittings at Dogwood – 6pm and 8:30pm.

For the 6pm sitting, the table is all yours until 8pm, which for our style of food and service is heaps of time. If there’s a seat at the bar come 8 o’clock, make sure you grab it and join Evan for a sneaky nightcap!

If you book for 8:30pm, you can keep the booze and banter flowing until last call at midnight. If you’re bringing kids, you’ll need to book for our earlier sitting at 6pm.

We are a bar as well as a restaurant so all minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Important Info Regarding Kids

For Thursday’s and Sunday’s, we ask that you book in for our earlier sittings if you’re bringing kids. Dogwood, BX is a bar/restaurant as opposed to just a restaurant, so we reserve the later sitting for adults only.

For Friday’s and Saturdays because we have a 2 sitting system, you’ll need to book in for our first sitting at 6pm if you’re bringing kids. We just ask that you help us out by keeping the kids at the table with you so that our wait staff have clear paths between our tables.

Unfortunately we don’t have enough space for prams or highchairs as we’re a pretty small (and busy!!) venue.

Make sure you include your child in your booking so you’ll have a spare chair at your table to bring a capsule and sit it on one of the chairs but we just don’t have space for prams or highchairs at Dogwood. We are a licensed venue so all minors need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Can’t Get A Table? Call Us!

Our booking system only allows you to book if you’re requested time is more than 1 hour away. We can often shuffle tables around to fit you in too so make sure you call if you can’t book online and we’ll do our best to fit you in!
